Returns & Exchanges
At HappyKido, we do everything we can to deliver your order with 100% satisfaction. Not completely happy with your purchase? No problem! Let us know within 14 days by contacting us at help@happykido.nl. Our team will be happy to assist you with returning your order.
Important Notice
Returns and exchanges for items purchased from HappyKido are accepted within 14 days of the original purchase. To process your return or exchange, we require a proof of purchase (order confirmation or order number).
Returns for a Refund
To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused and in its original packaging (excluding the Sensory Sleep Tunnel).
Once we have received your return, we will review and either approve or reject it. You will be notified of our decision via email. If approved, your refund will be processed, and the amount will be credited to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Returns for an Exchange
To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unused and in its original packaging. Once we have received your item, we will approve or deny your exchange request.
To initiate an exchange, please send an email to help@happykido.nl. We will provide further instructions on how to return your item.
Please note: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
Returns & Exchanges - Shipping Information
HappyKido covers return shipping costs only for defective or damaged items and reserves the right to replace such items at its own discretion.
For all other returns and exchanges of unused items, the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.
If you are returning an item valued at over €70, we strongly recommend using insured shipping. HappyKido is not responsible for items lost during transit to our return address.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you need to replace a defective or damaged item, please send photos or a short video of the defective item to help@happykido.nl. Include your original order number in the subject line.
Gifts
If the item you are returning was purchased as a gift and shipped directly to you, we will issue a refund to the original payment method used for the purchase or as a HappyKido gift card, which can be used exclusively for purchases on our website (https://happykido.nl).
