We get it - you can't get enough of the Sleep Tunnel, literally! Unfortunately, sometimes when our Sleep Tunnels are selling like hotcakes, we may sell out completely before the next batch reaches our warehouse. When this happens, we will pre-order those Sleep Tunnels before they arrive.

We know when we need our stock to arrive, so this is the date in brackets next to the product name. All orders will then be shipped to our customers on that specific date. This allows our customers to reserve their child’s favorite color and be sure to get their hands on the Sleep Tunnel of their dreams!

You placed an order, the sun is shining and a choir of angels is singing in the background, knowing your order is on its way - now what?

Once an order has been placed, our team will carefully lift your order and pack it with love. So take into account a waiting time of up to 24 hours (this depends on the time of order) for our team to collect and pack your order. All orders are shipped when all items are fully ready - this means that if you have a pre-ordered item in your order, all items will wait for that last item to be available and then ship at the same time.

Sometimes there is too much love to put in one package, so you may receive several separate HappyKido packages from our different collection locations in the Netherlands or Belgium. Don't worry, they still ship at the same time.

Your order will then be shipped via PostNL or DHL, and it should be safely in your patiently waiting hands within **1 business day.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email from us, complete with a tracking number, so you can follow this magical journey!

*Note: We ship via signature post to ensure safe delivery - if you choose 'Safe Drop' yourself, we are not responsible for the package in the rare event that it is lost or stolen.

We use free shipping within the Benelux for orders above € 60,-! Your order will be delivered to your home within 1-2 business days. Orders placed before 15:00 (usually*) are delivered the next working day. After your order has been sent you will receive a confirmation by e-mail with track & trace to follow your order!

Yay, time to celebrate - your order is on its way! After we have passed on your order to PostNL or DHL, we will send you a shipping confirmation with a 'Track Order' button. This will take you directly to the sender's site so you can follow the live tracking updates!

Have you not received a shipping confirmation yet? Your order may be in pre-order as confirmed on the website at the time of purchase. Please check your original order confirmation, you will not receive a shipping confirmation email until that date of pre-order.

Do you think your order has been lost on the way? PostNL and DHL give us 1-2 business days for delivery, but sometimes something happens that makes them unable to deliver within this time frame. If this is the case, your tracking number may be updated to inform you of a 'delayed' delivery date.

If your ordered item has still not been delivered within 5 days, please contact us so that we can start an investigation with PostNL or DHL.

*Note: As soon as we pass on your HappyKido order to PostNL or DHL, your package will be with another supplier. We understand that delays can be frustrating, but once your order has reached the courier, any issues should be investigated by PostNL or DHL. We can contact them on your behalf to resolve any issues. Rest assured that we will always do our best to solve the problem for you as soon as possible!

Oops, the order is not being sent to the correct address? We can definitely change this for you! If your order has not been shipped yet, please send us the new details. We will process the details as soon as possible.

*Please note: We can only ship your order to the address you provided with your order - if you have provided an incorrect address and the parcel is delivered there, unfortunately we cannot retrieve it, so please check your address carefully!

We assume that you, like our other customers, will enjoy our articles. Isn't that quite the case? We're happy to help you with returns and offer a 14-day return policy so you can make that tough decision! See our return policy for more information.

Sorry, we know this is the boring legal mumbo-jumbo, but please take a moment to read our returns policy. We offer returns for 14 days from the date of delivery/receipt of the order.

However, not all items qualify. Any exclusions will be mentioned on product pages and/or at checkout. To be eligible for a return:

1. The items must be returned and posted within 14 days of delivery/receipt of the order.

2. Item(s) were not selected as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" at the time of purchase, unless defective.

3. Item(s) must be in the original packaging, which must be in original condition.

This includes the HappyKido box and its contents. We will ask you to put your photography skills to the test and take a picture of the item before returning it to us so we can assess its condition.

*Note: If you return an item from a bundle, the order will no longer be valid at that bundle price.

HappyKido only pays the shipping costs for returning defective, damaged or incorrect items and reserves the right to replace defective or damaged items at its discretion.

For all other returns and exchanges of unused items, the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, we will refund the returned item excluding shipping costs.

If you are sending an item over €70, we recommend that you have the return insured. HappyKido is not responsible for items lost in transit to our return address.

Woohoo, discount! Simply go to the "Checkout", and on the first page there will be a box for you to enter the discount code - make sure to click 'Apply'! This is offered before the checkout page so that you are fully aware of how much you can save.

*NOTE: Only one discount code can be used per order. If you buy multiple bundles and discounts, we recommend placing separate orders. With crossed-out prices you can use the discount code stated in the description. Check the e-mail for which items the code applies to (eg only for individual HappyKido orders).

Have you placed an order and realized when loading the payment that you had not added your discount? Don't be afraid, you didn't miss this opportunity! Simply send an email to our Happiness Team at help@happykido.nl and they will gladly help you to correct this for you.

Something not quite right with your order? Don't worry, our top team is ready to spring into action! Please contact us to report the issue. To resolve the issue quickly, we ask that you submit photos so that we can help identify what happened.

These things happen! Send us an email with the subject CHANGE or CANCELLATION as soon as possible and we will do our very best to fulfill your request. If the order has already been shipped by our fulfillment partner, we ask you to read our return procedure.

Because we do our best to ship the order to you as quickly as possible, it is possible that an order has already been processed before the team has a chance to change it. We can therefore not guarantee that the order can still be changed after the order has been placed.
